The value of a strong client relationship
I’m a great believer that any PR and marketing company, particularly ones which operate on a retainer basis as we do, should see themselves as a surrogate part of the client’s management team, and/or marketing department. In this post-pandemic world of hybrid / remote working and shared Cloud-based resources, this is especially important for the future of client relationships.
We should therefore foster and build close relationships with every individual and team within our client organisations and nurture these through a combination of great results and enjoyable human interaction and communication. In my experience, that’s exactly what clients are looking for, too. Trust, integrity, professional competence and reliability underpin this at both ends of the relationship. That’s what clients want. That’s what we seek too, so let’s mark 2023 as another year of brilliant relationships and win:wins. Let’s drink to that this New Year. Cheers!
