Getting the most out of keywords/keyphrases to boost search engine ranking:


Keywords/phrases should be based on what a potential customer is likely to type into a search engine. Chosen keywords/phrases should ideally appear in the headline, url, meta description and a sub-heading. Be sparing with keywords/phrases – only two/three times in the main body of text, or it may be considered ‘keyword stuffing’ by search engine algorithms, which may result in penalisation and damage to your site’s ranking and reputation.
