M+W Products. The global leader in manufacturing of cleanroom technologies and controlled environments identified the need to develop a common culture across continents. Montpellier’s integrated team created the prototype for a multi-lingual digital (and factory poster) newsletter, breaking from a traditional top down communications approach, featuring interviews with shop floor staff in major production facilities in Germany and China. Plans include live links between locations to introduce staff at all levels through Google Hangouts and associated team building tools.
The Warranty Group. One of the world’s premier global providers of warranty solutions and related benefits, with operations in more than 35 countries and nearly 1,700 employees. Montpellier was tasked to support HR and marketing teams at the company’s two UK centres. Montpellier conceived, developed and executed initiatives including a schools outreach award programme in association with community radio and created a best place to work category in the UK’s largest business awards. Additional strategies aimed at recruitment and retention of staff included research, design and production of a people focused brochure that doubled up as a careers giveaway and a submission for an award.
Ground Control. Is one of the UK’s fastest growing, privately owned, external landscape solutions providers. The nationwide organisation has averaged at an incredible 20% growth year on year. Montpellier’s team supports the business and its HR division with a range of communications strategies, including production of a vision and values booklet for all personnel, support for its unprecedented scoop of industry awards, media initiatives spotlighting talent, charity and contract success, training client team on social media engagement with staff.
