Ground Control to take off at Facilities Show 2016
Montpellier client Ground Control, the UK’s fastest growing external maintenance and commercial landscaping company, will use the Facilities Show (21st-23rd June) at Exel, London, as the launch pad for its Pest Control and Auditing solution. Montpellier’s team led by Andy Parker and Steve Thomas – together with video crew – will field an expert client line-up, including a hawk and handler to spread the environmentally friendly message of the new service available to estates managers and FM decision makers.
Montpellier’s built and living environment practice has won awards for its work with a range of companies including FSI and this year a PRCA DARE Award for Best Integrated Campaign of the Year for client Ad Hoc Property Management.
Designed to ensure that facilities managers receive the highest standards at all times, and conforming to the British
Pest Control Association (BPCA) regulations and guidelines, Ground Control’s audits including regular monitoring and inspections conducted independently by Contract Managers and Mystery Auditors on the latest handheld technology incorporating both detailed reports and photographic evidence. A USP for Ground Control, non-toxic baits are used as standard across the portfolio both internally and externally to minimise the environmental impact and enables the measurement of pressure points easily and efficiently. This ensures toxic treatments are only applied when problems really exist, protecting both the environment and our wildlife as well as saving organisations money.
Additionally, Ground Control has created an app, which provides live updates to FM professionals and nominated client contacts, showing them exactly what they are receiving from the service in real time.
